This is a short a concise compilation of different ancient civilization's histories. It gives a lot of information about many civilizations like Romans, Greeks, Aztecs, Japanese, Persians among others, even though it has only a few pages about each of them.
Ancient Civilization always amazed me when I studied in school or when I visited the ruins of some of them. It was very interesting to read about a bunch of them again like the Romans or the Aztecs. It always amazed me how could they have such an amazing architecture or how they could create cities that big.
I am an advocate lover of history. The information in this book is fun, educational, and exciting. I have always been drawn to the history of the Egyptian civilization and there way of life. This book has educated me in so many ways about there heritage it makes me want to go to a museum. For example from reading this book i have learned that around five thousand years ago, a series of independent city states thriving along the banks of the River Nile came together and were finally ruled under one leader known as the Pharaoh. I was never aware of this! If you want to learn more about ancient civilizations i suggest you buy this book. Thank you and god bless.
